Tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to see next. If you're reporting a problem, it helps to include your device, the app version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Privacy & data requests
To access, correct or delete your data, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. You can also delete your account and all its data instantly from within the app at Settings → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your rights.
Account deletion
To delete your account: open Find My Stuff, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account and all associated homes, rooms, containers, items and images. If you can't access the app, email us with the subject "Delete my account".
